I am the teacher for the PreK (Friday) and assistant for the 3s, PreK and PreK 2 classes (Tuesday/Thursday). I am married to Rick and we have 2 boys; Ryne and Eli. I have a degree in Management and Marketing from Union University. I decided to stay at home with my children when my youngest child was born. He began school at GDS when he was 18 months old. I fell in love with the school and all the precious teachers, parents, and children. This ministry was such a blessing to our family and I am happy to be able to serve your families.

I am so grateful for my job at Grassland Day School. I have been an assistant teacher at GDS since 2012 and will be assisting the Tuesday/Thursday 2’s classes, but I have had 25 years of experience in the childcare profession. I am originally from Bowling Green, Ky. I am married to a wonderful husband and we have two daughters and a super grandson. I love my job. Working with such an amazing staff and loving children is what I look forward to every day!

I am Emmy Wolczyk, the young 2’s assistant on Wednesday and Friday. I live in Franklin and am married to my husband, Jacob. We have three kids, June(7), Gus (5) and Ruby (3). I enjoy exercise, traveling, thrifting, sneakers and being with my friends and family. Our kids started at Grassland Day School 2019. I worked in healthcare for about 10 years and took a break a couple years ago. Teaching in a preschool is a new experience for me, but I am really enjoying it. The little two year olds really make my day. I know we will have a great year. Thank you for letting me apart of their sweet lives.

My husband, Brad, works at Mars Pet Care, and we have 2 children — Hannah and Seth. We also have 3 four-legged kids; Archie, Penny, and Monroe. I am so excited to spend time with my little friends (new and old) this year — they are the spice of life!
